Intro Classes
Out introductory classes on artistic swimming are the perfect chance to try something new and get some exercise while doing so! It also gives the opportunity to try synchro with only basic skills and without long term membership.

Requirements
Participants must be:
Members Practices
A typical practice is comprised of land review of routine choreography, water conditioning, coached synchro basics, and routine work.
Additional skills may be required for membership.

Practice Locations
In addition to practices, we have the occasional land or online practice. We may also occasionally be at other pools as availability allows. More information on fall / winter practices expected mid-October 2021.

We were there in 2018 and are excited to be back at this pool this summer. Mondays in June, July, and August 2021 (excl. July 5) and Mondays + Wednesday in August + September.

You'll occasionally find us a few of us at this indoor pool during open swim and possible future rentals. It's a great pool for private lessons.
Dues Information
Current member dues are $45/month. An intro class is recommended before joining the team, and certain skills criteria may be required to become a LSS member. Membership may be limited due to pool space available.
In addition to dues, all swimmers must have a valid USA Artistic Swimming Athlete or Professional Membership (ranges $55-$110/year). Dues and practice times and locations are subject to change. USAAS membership is complimentary for the first trial practice. There is a 30 day USAAS trial athlete membership for $20.
