Howdy! Lone Star Synchro is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization filled with fun-loving adults who enjoy trying new things in the water. We are committed to expanding the knowledge and artistry of artistic swimming (aka synchronized swimming). We practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas. Contact us for more details.

We have a mix of all levels of swimmers. We have adults who previously swam on national level teams to those who are brand new to the sport, and everything in between. Whether you would just like to try the sport or if you have decades of expereince we would love for you to reach out and we can share the latest information with you.

OCTOBER 2024
We look forward to attending the 2024 US National competition. We would love anyone 18+ with synchro experience to consider checking us out to possibly join us in this endeavor, or just work towards self improvement and trying something new.
January 31st, 2024
We had a great time hosting our intro to artistic swimming class on January 31, 2024 in Dallas. We had 3 swimmers ty synchro or get back the water for the first time in years!
DECEMBER 13th 2023
We had so much fun showcasing our 2023 routines for our friends and family. We are so grateful for all their support year-round.
OCTOBER 2023
Several of our team members went out to and had a great time in Tuscon, AZ at the US National Masters Championship. We brought back many memories and medals.
SUMMER 2023
We had a great time hosting our 5 intro classes this summer. We enjoyed sharing our sport with new swimmers, some even decided to take it further and are now members of our team!
