Howdy! Lone Star Synchro is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization filled with fun-loving adults who enjoy trying new things in the water. We are committed to expanding the knowledge and artistry of artistic swimming (aka synchronized swimming). We practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas. Contact us for more details.

We have a mix of all levels of swimmers. We have adults who previously swam on national level teams to those who are brand new to the sport, and everything in between. Whether you would just like to try the sport or if you have decades of expereince we would love for you to reach out and we can share the latest information with you.

OCTOBER 2023
Our team is busy putting together routines from intermediate to advanced level for Nationals 2023 in Oro Valley, AZ. We would love anyone 18+ with synchro experience to consider checking us out to possibly join us in this endeavor, or just work towards self improvement and trying something new.
SUMMER 2023
We had a great time hosting our 5 intro classes this summer. We enjoyed sharing our sport with new swimmers, some even decided to take it further and are now members of our team!

We had a a great intro to synchro class sharing our love of this sport with two newcommers to the sport.

We had a great intro to synchro class! We had 6 newcomers enrolled.

We loved showcasing our routines at our annual mini show! Thank you to all our friends, family, and community members who came out to support us and expererience our love of artistic swimming.
