Intro Classes & Private Lessons
Out introductory classes on artistic swimming are the perfect chance to try something new and get some exercise while doing so! It also gives the opportunity to try synchro with only basic skills and without long term membership. We hope to host around 3 of these classes a year, outside of our normal practices. Pool locations vary.
Check out our video from our latest intro class. If interested in joining one in the future please click HERE to let us know you're interested, or check back for additional times.
Private and semi-private lessons may be available to increase skill levels outside of scheduled practices and classes. Volunteering is also a great way to check out our team!

Our adult members come from all walks of life and has become great social community. Some members may just come for the drills and skills sessions and others may be interested in routines as well. Additional requirements may be required for certain routines.
We now require some knowledge and experience in synchro and will need to be able to preform certain skills. Click HERE to learn more. Not quite there? Check out our intro classes and private lessons. Membership is limited based on pool space and availability. Note lifeguards are not usually on duty for members practices and swimmers swim at their own risk.
Members pay monthly dues. An USAAS membership is also required to practice with us. USAAS standard (non-competitive) athlete membership is ~$55/ year which runs September 1 - August 31. Lone Star Synchro is volunteer-run, and members also help out with different tasks at practices.
